COVID19 UPDATE - Orders may take longer to fulfil so expect delays receiving your items



Sometimes things aren't perfect, we get that. So if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange it for another, be it similar or not (Restrictions apply, please see below).

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the day you made the purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Sale items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, clearance items will not

We do our best to ensure our product descriptions and images are clear and accurate. We do not offer refunds if you 'change your mind' and no longer want the item. Please make sure you read the description carefully before you make your purchase. Thank you.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any items with obvious signs of use will not be accepted. Any item not in it's original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error, will not be accepted. Any item that is returned after 40 days from the original purchase date will not be accepted.

We want to be fair to both ourselves and you. If it's our fault then we will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item or something similar, contact

Shipping Information

We are an internet retailer and the majority of our products are stored with our vendors outside of the UK. This keeps our inventory costs low so that we can offer better prices for our customers. Each product shipped comes with tracking information so you can keep an eye on the status of your order.
The only real drawback is that the shipping time can take a little longer with some of our products from outside the UK. On average our orders arrive within 10 days, though sometimes it can be longer. Rest assured we are working on reducing this! As we grow and expand we will be able to stock more product in-house and be able to get it delivered to you much quicker. In the meantime we ask that you please be patient and if you have not received your item within 20 days of purchase then please get in touch with our team.
It is also worth noting that... As we have multiple vendors it is likely that some of your items may be shipped separately, so please bare this in mind and allow some time between deliveries for all of your items to arrive.
Thankfully Alpha's are made of stronger stuff, so we know you can handle it.

We DO NOT cover return shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We know its not ideal (we are working on setting up a more cost-effective return process for you) and so we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
